    I would agree that White Oak Armament SPR barrels are very accurate too. I have one of their SPR barrels (SS 18" 1:7 .223 Wylde chambered SPR barrel - Kg Koted black) on my ADCO built Mk12 Mod 0 upper assembly.

    If money is no object, then Centurion Arms. If you're on a budget the PRI barrel is pretty good.
