That’s because the news cycle is cherry picked, spun to fit the template of the leftist narrative. Cherry picking news is propaganda and propaganda unfortunately works very effectively. The data doesn’t fit their narrative but it doesn’t matter. The propaganda has caused cognitive distortions on a mass scale. Officer Chauvin’s actions were reprehensible but what evidence do we have that he is a racist? He may be a racist, idk, but I’ve seen zero evidence that he is racist. Yet, how many have jumped to this conclusion? It’s because of cherry picked news, which is effectively propaganda. We hear Breonna Taylor’s name but not Duncan Lemp’s name because it does not fit the template.

Yes, BLM is absolutely a branch of the Marxist left, anyone who knows any BLM types can confirm this for you.

There is a considerable difference between black citizens having guns and the black lives matter organization planning armed insurrection.

Just like there is a huge difference in believing that black lives matter and believing in the message that the black lives matter organization is attempting to ram down America's throat.

    All true.

But we still have to wait until they do something wrong. Now this doesn't mean we have to wait until people are dead but the moment they do things like obtain firearms illegally or plan criminal activity then law enforcement can do something about it.

But until that time they, and a lot of other people, won't be viewed as anything but another organization and if you substitute NRA or GOA for BLM you will understand why they need to have their rights respected until the moment they break the law or conspire to break the law.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

Could many of the statements be conspiracy to commit...?

I went to the BLM LA website and pulled this off it. I'm trying to be fair minded with the police in general, even though they are agents of a state I profoundly mistrust. Check this out to the end and see what you think. I found it to be quite troubling.

This a police shooting in Gardena, Ca, about 20 miles from house.

You are absolutely correct. I was speaking philosophically, in the sense that it is not hypocrisy to "feel" an armed BLM, Antifa, or KKK is a bad idea, but that the 2nd Amendment should be respected.

Guess I misinterpreted the intent of the movement?? Never had any concern for anyone taking up arms or even considered a 2nd amendment debate out of the gates...I thought it read where they were doing it to step in & interfere w/ official LE work if they deemed it too aggressive during any interactions?? It was after this was when I started thinking about how they could patrol / carry legally without any certifications with the crazy liberal gun laws of the big cities??

It's tough to know as BLM is extremely dishonest about every police shooting of black people; they either leave out a lot of facts, or they claim that any facts that justify the police shooting are a conspiracy and coverup. Patrisse Cullors has claimed that crime in black neighborhoods is virtually non-existent, and that it is suburban white neighborhoods where most crime and drug problems exist, but that white people lie and make it look like it's the other way.

That being said, I don't know how that shooting was justified. From the video alone, it, admittedly, didn't look good. But I don't know what else happened that led up to the shooting. In terms of unjustified force, it wasn't as clear as day like Minneapolis.

I sent it to a just retired LA sheriff (lieutenant) I shoot matches with twice a month. Asked him what he thinks. we'll see.

As for the video, from a layman's perspective, it looked pretty bad. I sure wouldn't pull the trigger as a non-cop, but then I don't know the ins and outs of procedure, what constitutes a good police shoot etc. I also found the turning off the cameras pretty suspicious too.
