BLM does have the Right to form a Militia or para-military police arm if they so choose. We've had militant Black Panthers for decades, so one more hate group is no surprise.

I would hope they'd wear uniforms with berets so they are easier to identify. Maybe they should call themselves The 13-65 Group..... 13% of the Population does 65% of the crime.

Of course, when people living on the border do it to combat drug cartels, they're called far right Neo-Nazi militias.

My thought on a BLM militia is this: If they want to combat the crime in their neighborhoods and let the local PD just pick up the bad guys after they've done the dirty work, fine. There will be a lot less blame that can be laid on anybody else that way. But my thought is that they want to become our IRA and attack anyone who disagrees with them. They're just a pawn in the big scheme of things anyway.

It will be interesting how the MSM and the Democratic politicans spin this if they say anything at all. One of their constintuency groups (BLM) wants to arm themselves....but, but, but...guns are evil.

To push the issue even further, the Black Panthers then began frequenting the California State Capitol with assorted openly carried firearms. That led a certain Hollywood actor turned Governor to propose and pass historic gun control.
