I’m running 77 gr RazorCore and 75 gr GD in a couple 11,5’s; a BCM and Sionics.
Both rounds POA/POI is close enough, couple inches, at 100 yds that is interchangeable for my purposes.
A true "Gun Guy" (or gal) should have familiarity and a modicum of proficiency with most all firearms platforms.

I have been using the 75grn Hornady Black SBR. It has functioned and grouped well out of my 11.5 and 14.5

77smk, 62gr tsx, 77gr cc, gold dots are all good choices. Don’t worry about hand loads. A good shoot is a good shoot. No one has been prosecuted for using hands loads in an otherwise good shoot

Has anyone tried any of that "Tumble Upon Impact" (TUI) ammo? If it does what they say it does, might be a reason for having a short barreled AR. I wouldn't mind having a reason for building a 7.5" AR. With ammo prices what they are, I'd replace my 9mm with one.

Gold dot 64 and 75 grain has been accurate in my carbines, but for my DD 10.3 I use Hornady Black SBR. It’s a 75 grain Interlock bullet on top of a powder that’s supposedly optimized for short barrels.
