The rioters quite a few years ago were afraid of what they called The Brown Note or aka as the Sonic Crap Cannon. It was a sonic device that was suppose to liquify the contents of the bowels of the rioters and give them the uncontrollable trots. It was a false rumor back then, but I wish they would have put some funding to develop one. It would have been a better use of taxpayer's money than a lot of the crap they waste it on these days.

Sounds like an on-steroids version of a gadget called "Sonic Nausea" I saw in the Force 10 and Revenge Unlimited catalogs back when I was in high school...
