I JUST downloaded a bunch of court documents on this very thing- gonna be a bit before I can read and go over them more thoroughly. It seems VERY likely he has been compromised.

I had a county judge tell me years ago the Supreme Court isn’t right, it’s last. It’s only as good as the judges and apparently either the establishment gets to the good judges or the ones which were assumed to be good judges weren’t.

Republican nominees have been the supreme Court majority since at least Nixon, possibly Eisenhower. I know it shifted (R) and has stayed since 1 of the 2.
