If Trump wins, we will get some EU 1970-80s Red Army Brigade type action from Antifa. We are already pretty much here. Try to have a conversative rally in a city, even a mid sized one and you'll end up with street fights. Lefties are already bringing guns and using them at mostly peaceful protests.

If TRump loses, it depends on Roberts and if he'll BF us in mags and an AWB. I used to think the left was too smart to go for a national confiscation, but I'm not so sure anymore. They could still get Roberts on their side and decide to go state by state, kind of like they have. If they actually do a confiscation and take it seriously, ugh.

There is a narrow path ahead, with the highly charged particles at either pole more than willing to annihilate (or try) each other.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

I imagine this will happen either way, maybe more so with Punch Drunk Joe. They will figure burning cities and assaulting citizens worked so they will continue. Looked how fast BLM/Antifa turned on the ComDem mayors who supported them when they didn't give in to their demands fast enough. Biden wins and the ComDems tell their Brown Shirts to stop, the game is won? Look up Biden's gun control platform that is out there for all to see- it is plainly a citizen disarmament plan. And I have zero confidence that the SC would do the right thing to protect our 2A rights or any other rights.

So far the Democrat leadership has protected groups like Antifa and even funded them. When Trump is re-elected we can remove some of these Democrats from office for their criminal activity and unconstitutional dereliction of duty. We can then get rid of bad actors at the local levels.

I can assure you, none of that is going to happen. Whatever happens with the presidential election, local city governments and voters will not be deterred from supporting Antifa/BLM/ and other far left movements.

They won't. Because it's all about the money and the money will stop if they are derelict to their duty. These groups are costing millions in damage, probably billions overall. The banks and their chambers will defund leadership who supports this costly and irresponsible behavior. They will smooth it over with coordinated public relation campaigns and make it go away.

President Trump will either broker a deal to let the Democrat leadership off the hook, or he will continue to push the DOJ to hold them accountable for their Article VI violations during this crisis. I'm hoping the latter, but with big money who knows. Either way we get four more years of Trump, and more well rounded versus unconstitutional judges. Win/win.

Groups will become smaller and more radical (ANTIFA) and the violence will continue to escalate and bad actors (China/Islamic Extremists) will continue to strike: but eventually sanity will prevail. Normal citizens will be forced to remain vigilant until the system reaches an equilibrium. The Left will cry gun control in response to the violence and if we cave, we will have that civil war 75 years or so down the road. Like before brave service members and law enforcement will restore peace in the US. That's what will happen in my opinion.

In one scenario, John Podesta — the former chair of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, and a leading figure in party circles — played former Vice President Joe Biden, and refused to concede the election.

The result: the threat of secession by the entire West Coast, followed by the possible intervention of the U.S. armed forces:

The story sounds like some in the leadership of the Dem party are talking this way. Have any in the Republican leadership talked this way? Maybe they have and I just missed it. But there is a big difference between some guys on M4C shooting the breeze about such topics and the leadership of a major party talking about it.
