In the end you expected what else? They are a business with religious ideas not a church with business ideas.

I expected a bit of goddamn backbone for folks with such supposedly deep seated moral convictions. Instead they just capitulated got down on their knees and begged forgives for their white sins.

You have The Lutheran Church in America to thank for bringing in all the Somalis into Minnesota, and destroying the lifestyle in the Twin Cities.

I actually missed the ChicFilA fiasco, but it has been my experience that when it comes to money or convictions, money usually wins. Especially when there are large groups of stockholders, corporate boards and such that are accustomed to that money.

When Sam Walton started Wal Mart, it may have been the most American values business in the history of this country...look at it now. It doesn't take much, it doesn't take long.

Want to know who has backbone and convictions? Those who don't have much, but give them a million dollars and let them get accustomed to it and then threaten to take it away and watch them capitulate piece by piece. It's how the NRA went from a group devoted to gun safety and organized shooting matches to a political entity and then to just another special interest lobby group that will at time fight against gun rights if they feel the cash cow being threatened.

The politics of McDonalds and ChicFila don't surprise me. It made me feel good to support a group that held values I support even if I didn't share their specific religious beliefs. They created a clean, friendly environment that was pleasant to eat in and had good food. And THAT is the main reason I ate there more than McDonalds. While I personally wished that fast food could stay politically neutral, I understand that some groups can force your hand and shame you for your silence in a way that costs money.

And so we throw another name on the pile with KMart, Burger King, McDonalds, Wal Mart and all the other capitulators. But at the end of the day I mostly just miss Kmart because I have nostalgic memories of the place that once existed before they became the "arms dealers to school shooters."

Refugee resettlement is a huge cash cow. A lot of churches got in on the game and have been paid millions over the years.

Leftist non-profits have also popped up to get on the scam in the last several years.

They get paid to pick these people up from the airport then take them to get signed up for welfare. Disgusting practice that gets little attention because people focus on illegals while we have a backdoor that has ruined entire communities with a quickness...all tax payer funded.

Its been happening all across this nation with people from afghanistan and iraq for the last several years. We end up with a bunch of immigrants from wherever we fight a war.

And to think how we abandoned the Yards. I'm all for helping the people who helped us, but not just bring everyone who wants to leave.

Marion isn't too far from the Tri-Cities area of Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport. I think there are some previous ties with the organizations in all the cities involved if I'm not mistaken. I have a friend who knows this Trayvon Brown some what. I'll try to say this nicer than he said it. He is a Marion local homersexual nut job who has always wanted attention and the lime light. He's always trying to gain attention. That said, I personally believe that he wanted the change on the route after seeing what happened in St. Louis. These people are looking to instigate something. That is obvious after what happened in the pawn shop in Johnson City the other night.

This was in the news this morning. I don't understand how this group has such access to sit in on local government budget meetings and influence them. I guess Johnson City continues to slide down that commie road to hades. I can see the declaring themselves an autonomous zone in the future....

No place is as conservative as you think. Wherever there is government there is socialism. BLM and antifa have become the lefts combat wing. City leaders defend BLM and antifa's use of violence. Citizens are blamed for for provoking the peaceful protesters to escalate no matter the circumstances.
