It's one of those rounds like the Federal 8-pellet Flite Control load in 12 gauge. No matter what you put it in, it works amazingly well.

If you see it, buy it. You'll like it, and it's worth the money. I have a little under a 1000 rounds of it and the Mk 318 Mod 1 load stashed in my Very Bad Day ammo cans.
That flight control is amazing too. If you gotta use a scatter gun, that’s the medicine.

And, price wise, how much can i expect?
$66.25/50 at Charlie's, IMO a rip. https://charliescustomclones.com/bla...ox-mk262-mod1/ Ballpark on these should be around a buck a round IIRC under normal conditions.
$56.25/50 at Target Sports, out of stock. About $1.12/round https://www.targetsportsusa.com/blac...9-p-53525.aspx

Started Googling because I got caught behind the 8-ball myself... unfortunately, LGS's here don't stock The Good Stuff and while the previous Property Manager was cool (even had me teach him, his fiancee and daughter how to build AR's), I don't trust the new guy to not throw a fit if I start having ammo delivered here. Could maybe have it shipped C/O a relative, but at north of 70 and with her record of recent injuries I'm not sure she'd be up for heavy lifting just to get it into her house, never mind loaded into her car to hand off when we meet to run her errands.

    EDIT: Here's a price tracker at Gun.Deals on 'em - https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_search/612710126408

Oof, I remember these at $45-50/box years ago. Times have changed.

I cleaned out the ammo locker of random dusty boxes yesterday, and shot some 262 from 06, 08, 13, and commercial packaged 5.56 77 SMK to the same zero and dope downrange. And if I recall correctly, I think that 2013 lot had a single digit SD when I chrono'ed it.

Appreciated. Im "amassing" ammo right now, as much as I can afford, before election. Unable to shoot any at the moment, as Ive been working 6-7 days a week since late Feb, early March. Stocking up on IMI 69&77gr as well as as much Black Hills as possible.
    Quality over quantity for me.
Ive got a 20" precision gun built back in March I cant even get time to sight in.

I have been very happy w the RazorCore, and am about to purchase some in bulk for my 7.62.

Black Hills is superior, but as my life doesn’t depend on it I haven’t been able to pony up the extra cash.

As to amassing ammo, I don’t even know that I am going to bother. It’s all mags and another pair of Glocks for me at this point.

A rifle or pistol without ammo is a club or a rock. Just MHO.
