I used this as my guide the first time and got approved no problem.
Interesting. If not using a trust and filing as an individual where do you upload the photo? Just as a jpg in the "electronic documents" section? Do they send you a paper form in the mail for you to attach your FD-258 (fingerprint cards) or are those uploaded as well?

    There's a thread stickied here: https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread...1-using-EFORMS

But it's 6 years old and the first line

REMINDER: EForms is only available for entities such as trusts/corps/LLCs to use. A person filing as an individual cannot file electronically at this time.
isn't true anymore. So if there's a simple, up-to-date explanation I'm not seeing it. If it's buried somewhere in that 30 page thread does someone have a link to narrow it down a bit?

I think once you get in there and actually start a Form 1 it’s pretty self explanatory. You upload the pic as a jpeg. Once your form is submitted and checked for omissions, you pay your $200 via credit card and you are emailed a cover sheet with your info and a bar code. You print that off and mail that to the ATF with your fingerprints.
