It's unfathomable that people actually believe this movement is legit. I'm done with sports.
Just goes to show time and time again the greatest threats to western democracy are here at home.

I hate the Republicans, a bigger bunch of cowards have not been seen since the Germans invaded France in WW2.

Having said that, understand everything that is happening in the country is following a formula. The left is trying to take over the country and if they win in November this will be our lot.

This is a very sad time for HK. I spent a lot of time there in my youth. My Mother and stepfather lived there for 12 years. Pretty much every school vacation I had, I travelled to HK for a couple of weeks, wether it was in the summer (Florida heat and humidity) or winter (Christmas, SB). As someone else said.......some of the populace remember the hay days of British rule and probably feel particularly bad. There was a mass exodus of sorts in the immediate years following the hand over of HK back to China. Those that could leave did, and took their businesses with them. Good times now turned to ash and memories.

Funny how we managed to defeat communism in the Soviet Union but it's gaining traction here at home.

Obama legitimizing Cuba was a horrible mistake and with the influx of US dollars the island will be promoted as a model of "communism that works."

Even China is communism based upon global capitalism and Clinton restoring favored nation trading status.

This is what really pisses me off. I remember growing up with the phrase, "Kill a commie for mommy", it took no time at all for people forget the evil perpetrated communists regimes and start to embrace it here in the states. The more and more I think about it perhaps McCarthy was on to something.

Well when the wall came down we learned that in more than a few instances, McCarty was correct even if he might not have had the evidence. The problem with McCarthy is he was more bluster than substance and he turned it into an absurd side show. Had he worked quietly with the FBI and other agencies they could have simply investigated, arrested and in some cases deported these enemy agents.

But because he tried to use it only as political capital it all backfired and now McCarthyism is seen as just a little bit left of Nazism. Actual communist subversives working in Hollywood are now viewed as victims of McCarthy rather than the propagandists who were trying to present communism in a popular light through films and other media.

As a result modern communist celebrities are worshiped and ideas such as the HUAC are viewed like American concentration camps.

Thats why I posted in another thread how we were ****ed a long time ago.

Definition of sedition, "incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority."

Communism by its definition requires the overthrow the lawful authority to be supplanted by a new system.

All of these ****s getting paid through CPUSA, DSA, Antifa, WWP, and many of Soros' affiliates are seditious (illegal) persons and entities trying to overthrow our system of government.

People sat back instead. Oh well.

And of course the most asinine part of all of this, the stated goal of "global communism" never worked. While we had a Cold War with Russian, China had a hot war. Russians and Chinese went at it hard more than a few times. Hell in 1979 China attacked Vietnam because of Vietnam's occupation of Cambodia.

After the many Russian / Chinese conflicts from 1956 to 1966, China maintained 1.5 million troops along the border in preparation for full scale war with Russia. But if you asked anyone in this country they knew NOTHING about that, but they did know our presence in Berlin would probably be what started World War III.

People in Europe were actually protesting the American military presence while not understanding it was the only thing keeping tanks out of their countries and sparing them the fate of countries like Hungary. It's sickening.

So this idea that once we are all communists we will simply live in harmony is one of the worst jokes of the 20th century.

Everyone knows how many people the nazi's killed but those same people wear Che t shirts and study Mao. If you told them the Russians and Chinese fought continuous border wars during the 50s and 60s they'd call you a liar.

If you told them China attacked Vietnam in 1979 they would laugh and claim you are now making things up. Nobody is teaching that shit in school. Border wars between China and Vietnam didn't really come to an end until 1990. Try and find a college kid who knows about any of that.

Not strictly true. The New Territories and outlying islands were leased, but the rest (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula and Stonecutter's Island) were permanently ceded to Britain. It would have been difficult and awkward to split Hong Kong, but not impossible (Berlin comes to mind). Britain didn't really care for the hassle, however, and didn't want to worry about the problem anymore. Very familiar, and very common for the Brits to do post-WWII.
It's f*****g great, putting holes in people, all the time, and it just puts 'em down mate, they drop like sacks of s**t when they go down with this.
