Buy It Cheap!
Stack It Deep!
Last time I went to the armorer class the instructor said Glock is eventually phasing out 40 caliber pistols.
I have no interest in a Gen 5 .40.
A G5 10mm or .45 would be tempting..
Imagine buying a 40cal in 2020 lol
Eurodriver, I respect your opinion , but also love my 1993 Glock 22. I wouldn't part with it and still carry it daily. It is not for a lack of options either. Maybe it is because I've been using it for >25 years, but I am no slower with it than I am with my Sig MK25.
I would buy another .40 Glock 22. That said, it is my only .40.
As I said, I respect your opinion and used to enjoy your posts. I hope your move away from the US had worked out well for you.

MArkM, i do also, Every pistol i have in 9mm. I have in 40. I still have access to some LEO ammo. So I always keep my options open. Tho i mostly shoot 9mm, after the drought of it. I do not not want to dip into the stock pile, i swapped the G19 and G17 into a G23 and G22. Least till a steady supply of 9mm starts trickling again. I also have a 40-9 barrel for the G22, but that is for range use only.
Yeah. I sold my 9mm when I was in a cash crunch. It was one of the Effed up Gen 3s that they screwed up the extractor/ejector anyway. I may do another 9mm after this panic passes.
