I agree. Anyone who can hack it deserves it. It's new territory, so of course there's going to be resistance. We're going to hear the usual "I hear their periods attract bears!" and such, but that always happens in cases when women start doing exclusively male things. The problem of course is going to be that, at some point, some politician is going to decide that the ONLY explanation for SOFs being overwhelmingly male is because female candidates are being unfairly discriminated against, and then we'll see the lower standards.

There are two NG SF groups. I assure you, it is not one weekend a month, nor two weeks a year. Some of these cats put in a lot of work in the GWOT, signing dwelltime waivers to fill down slots. NG SF is surprisingly functional, at least from what I’ve seen.
As far as being an engineer, 18C is Engineer Sergeant, and they are on every SFODA. Some of y’all should swing by google before commenting.
As for my opinion of women on ODAs, I don’t have one. There are women in Delta, so, whatever.

I'm not the one making significant accusations towards both the GB and the Q. I know for a fact that standards have been lowered before based on gender but I also work with a tabbed female and she's pretty legit.
