Just poking fun at the fact the military is getting alot of bad PR these days with all the soldiers lounging in the Capitol building or the internet pointing out how in the hell some of the personnel sent to the capitol even passed a basic fitness test. Did you serve, because a ND may be a big deal, but on the spectrum, it's on the easier side.
If you ever got in earlier than usual and the Sergeant Major was already sitting in your office waiting for you, someone did a hell of a lot more than put a round through the roof.
