BCM SS410 Upper

This upper has about 2500 rnds through it, I’m considering installing a lightweight 16” barrel. My question is what are the odds that the existing BCM BCG would be usable with a new barrel install?

Pros and cons?

I’d have a gunsmith do the work and I’m assuming he has head space gauges.

More than likely it will be fine, just make sure he checks the HS.

Clint, do you think you're 16" Optimum LPR will consistently do less than 1.5 MOA with match grade ammo? No mag dumps. I run 55-77 grain match grade reloads. I like that profile and LW 24 oz.

The profile make for a very nice handling rifle.
