Low noise/power load for urban varmint?

I've been loading 70 grain TSX ammo on and off for years and a friend is asking if I can load the round with less powder for a quieter/less powerful round to shoot a groundhog without alerting the whole neighborhood. Going to be a high elevation "perch" so little concern about the round carrying onto another property. Is there a round that already fits this bill (a subsonic round anyone has used) or is lowering the "dosage" on my handloads a way to go?

"Why "zombies"? Because calling it 'training to stop a rioting, starving, panicking, desperate mob after a complete governmental financial collapse apocalypse' is just too wordy." or in light of current events: training to stop a rioting, looting, molotov cocktail throwing, skinny jeans wearing, uneducated bunch of lemmings duped by, or working directly for, a marxist organization attempting to tear down America while hiding behind a race-based name

Aguilla 60 gr subsonic .22 rimfire.
A true "Gun Guy" (or gal) should have familiarity and a modicum of proficiency with most all firearms platforms.

Not sure if that’s possible in .223 because it’s a loud round by default.

    .300 blk conversion and suppressor.

Or a .223 suppressor, which will still be as loud as a .22lr.

Sounds like the best choice and easy button is a $150 .22 rifle and subsonic ammo.

Everybody should own at least one 10/22.
