It looks like upgraded guns are still having problems. A new lawsuit has detailed many instances where guns have discharged “uncommanded” and it looks like last week a Milwaukee LEO was shot by his partner’s holstered pistol while they were attempting to effect an arrest on the ground.
Another department bought replacement pistols nearly overnight after one of their officers had a holstered P320 Fire.
I haven’t seen it mentioned here yet. Seems similar to the “where there is smoke there is fire” situation that occurred before the first time an upgrade was announced.
