Just wondering if there is any news on the most recent thoughts about shouldering a brace like the one on the Sig P516.

Just follow the most recent ATF guidance and don’t send them letters asking about them.

Thanks. I dug into the ATF web pages and only found that it has to have a form 1 filed. But in 2017, they reversed their opinion and now state "sporadic, incidental, or situational" shouldering of a pistol brace is legal. So just don't show it off! My 10" with suppressor is right at 16" to the end of the suppressor. So it is questionable if it needs a stamp if replacing the brace with a stock and pinning the suppressor.
Send the corrupt, out of control bureaucracy a certified letter. Laminate the response and wear it like Wayne's world back stage passes EVERYWHERE you go.
Better safe than sorry, I say!

People still have pistol braces?
Form 1s are taking 3 weeks.
I bet these people have Holosuns

Only internet commandos and LARPers buy braces or file F1s to avoid condemnation by wannabe junior Gs.
