Something is on fire beforehand. And sparkles in the smoke plume which could be the fireworks angle.

Wow. Thats a lot of fireworks. Surprised they have such a large hazmat type facility that close to what appears to be densely populated area. Maybe it’s a illusion wrt distances and video.
The silos on site tell me that they are storing some sort of solid material, meaning not a flammable or combustible liquid but powder or granules. Could be fertilizer, remember West Tx? Could also be starch or sugar, both can cause deflagration or detonation depending on the conditions.

Those videos showed an initial massive fire that's been burning awhile before that cloud/puff of white blast and then the huge explosion. That's why there were so many videos from different angles. People were filming the fire. That white puff was weird. Looked like windows from a mile away were blown out. Got to be hundreds of casualty.
Riots are like sports, it's better to watch it on TV at home.

I'm having a difficult time thinking people would really want to see a firework display in a Country so troubled by war.
More reports coming in, some on twitter are blaming hezbollah for storing munitions close to residential areas.
It did look like way more than some whistling kitty chasers.
