    Trijicon sues Holosun (patent infringement)

Hey, a good idea is a good idea

"The suit is specifically pointed at two of Trijicon’s optics and the alleged violation of Holosun in producing optics that violate Trijicon’s patent. The Trijicon Ruggedized Miniature Reflex (RMR), which is a popular red dot optic usually found on pistols is referenced in the docket along with the newer Trijicon Specialized Reflex Optic (SRO) as being examples of how the Holosun Optics are infringing upon the patent."

Meh. Stop charging so much more for the same technology, and they would retain their share of the market. F’em.

Trijicon manufactures in the US, employs US citizens, and strongly supports the 2a and our military. Holosun and other junk Chinese companies steal tech and market share. IP exists for a reason.

Your comment reeks of classism and socialism. Why would any company lower their prices? This is business, not an altruistic endeavor. It’s not like trijicon gouges it’s customers. People are free to buy foreign-made turd optics if they do choose. But those turd optic companies cannot infringe on IP.

Like I said. The Holosun is a superior product. Just like when you, or others go get a TV, Car, or even a blender, you GET THE SUPERIOR PRODUCT! Look around your own home, and tell me what’s inside that’s NOT made in CHI-NA? Even the Phone/PC your ranting on about this is made in, you guessed it, CHI-NA!
Talk to the Presidents of the past whom created this problem, if you feel like digging them up.

I would buy all US made products if I could. That a huge number of things we buy are Chinese made does not justify purposefully buying Chinese made products. It also does not address IP infringement, assuming Trijicon has valid infringement of its IP.

To me, assuming Trijicon proves their case, Holosun etc...should be held responsible.....Just as S&W was when sued by Glock over the Smegma. It happens....

To add insult, they utilize the restrictive 2nd Amendment Commie Courts of CommiFornian to do their bidding.

Everybody copies everybody, but China never has. I care not about this suit, but I wish we stopped importing anything Chinese.

Good. More US and first world companies should sue Chinese companies who steal designs and profit from slave labor.
