Next up on the list for my gun. Don't know when, but wanted to get some.
If you're limited to 15 rounders, HK and POF are your only good options. I run POF 30 rounders almost exclusively and they're GTG.

    Any preferred vendors?
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

Atlantic Firearms was the only source of POF 15 rounders that I can think of and they've been out for a minute. I got my 30 rounders from from RTG Parts, they too have been out of POF mags for awhile. You can email both and see if they have any outstanding orders, otherwise look at the HKpro Equipment Exchange. HK 15 rounders usually sell for more than 30 rounders due to their rarity.

I'm glad I got into the MP5 game years ago, once HK came back in everything has been nuts (and that was prior to the 2020 madness).

Had an SP5k. Didn’t like it all that much but the PDW version has piqued my interested. It would definitely round off the collection.

Yeah, that extra inch of barrel makes it totally different.

Sorta, three lug barrel gives you suppressor options.

The factory flapper mag release is also pretty clutch. Are these two things enough to turn a disenfranchised SP5K owner into a SP5K PDW fan? Maybe.

I put the flapper mag release on my SP5K, & the B&T telescopic stock..(have the Choate folder as well)..I actually prefer the non 3-lug barrel as I don't run this canned, & wanted the shortest OAL possible.
Let's face it, you really can't go wrong with either version.
Tis a great time to be alive if you dig PDW's /PCC's...(well, overlooking the current political climate of course.)

I didn't even notice that the first SP5k didn't have a paddle magazine release. Both are big deal to me as it's not really a PDW unless you have suppressor options.

I have the pedestrian euro K and I am happy with the classic configuration.

it's the only roller lock I have.

no desire to buy any cans.
