Obama... Barack Obama... he could legally do it as VP. Then become the first 3rd term President of the USA when Biden is deemed "officially" incompetent and unable to perform the duties of the job.

Stinky Pete would definitely sink Biden's opportunities with the black vote. Pete is more socialist than Bernie on other issues and was groomed as the next Manchurian candidate. Be afraid if Pete gets selected.

One wild thought; Biden is still picking a BW as VP but, the dems know Biden is incompetent to campaign in public. Every time he opens his mouth off script he sounds out of it mentally. Mayor Pete is the spare presidential candidate, just a out of the box guess....
