How about a .380? Or double-stack in .32 acp or .25 acp?
I think their smallest gun is the RAMI 9mm. Reminds me of the days when the smallest, lightest gun Ruger made was the heavy-duty all-stainless SP-101.

I wonder what the points system for importing has to do with it. I read about it in this article on the CZ P10M that is apparently not coming to the US.

For the CZ83, it probably had more to do with a lack of interest in a fixed-barrel/blowback, double stack .380.
The P10M almost looks like a design experiment. I’m not sure how I feel about the lack of a slide stop, but it’s very interesting.

CZ put out some fine "small" pistols looong before it was fashionable. The CZ m82, 83, etc. are fine pistols with double stack mag's and pretty decent triggers, imho. They have a better cartridge (imho) than the .380 (9mm mak) and are really ergonomic in the grip. Sure they are a bit heavy but a lot of people (myself included) still love the feel of shooting they and they are pretty darn accurate.

I was firing a CZ82 this week. That's what brought it up.
I would have guessed the CZ83 was last made in the mid-late 1980's, not 2012!
I wish they had a decocker and better grip panels. After 50 rds of 9x18 something was pinching my hand and the grip interferes with reaching the mag release.
Otherwise it's a good, accurate gun. Oh, a bit heavy. I think it was about 34 oz loaded.
The trigger was a nice surprise. Smooth DA and not very heavy.
I prefer the Beretta Cheetah for a few reasons but I respect the CZ82/83.
I'll bet it's best in .32 acp / 7.65 mm like all blowbacks. (15+1, too)

In a market full of single stack small 9mm...I.e Shield, Glock 43, APX carry, PPS, Honor Guard, PM9....it wouldn’t make sense.
However, if they go after the P365 and Hellcat...maybe

RE: CZ82/83:
MAGS!
CZ refuses to make mags for the 82's and 83's.
C'mon Mec-Gar!
