    Appreciate the help.
Go with the offset Mlok version, the inline works geat on rails with Mlok slots on the 45 degree like the BCM MCMR or Geissele MK8/16 style rails but the offset is the way to go for slots at 3 and 9 o'colck.

Perfect it's in the cart...many thanks. Which one do you like for your sidearm. This one will go in a STI.

Not sure what you mean here. Are you putting a scout light on your 2011?

Sorry, driving blind here...long time gun guy but ignorant on accessories.

I'm wanting two lights...seems I got the long gun nailed down with the 18650 / mount & was thinking the 18350 for the sidearm. Am I off the tracks & does a pistol light / mount create a whole other conversation??

Pistol lights are typically all in one setups.
A Surefire x300u will be just fine for a pistol and pistol ranges. They're all I use on my pistols.
And by pistols, I specifically mean handguns, not pistol because of specific setup rifles.

...another option is mounting to the FSB using a Mossie Midnight rail from Arisaka...
