Same for my 7.5" pistol upper with Gemtech GMT-300BLK suppressor and subsonic 220gr ammo, although I am going to try a few shorter .30cal cans to see if I can lighten the build and still get the same results.

Just sold it and all the ammo (144/125) but my 9" ran flawlessly. The 125s averaged 1977 fps MV and the 144s averaged 1830. Hit a large snapping turtle square in the back and it looked like ied aftermath. Pretty much the same deal on an armadillo.

For 300 BO and Magpul mags, you are gonna wanna used the 300 BO mags that Magpul makes.
Experienced many double feeds during a competition shooting with the regular mags.

+1 for the Magpul 300BO mags

I haven't experienced double feeds with the 5.56 Magpul mags, so that is not the reason I use the Magpul 300BO mags. The real reason is that I can feel and see the difference between the 300BO and 5.56 mags so I don't accidentally get them mixed up.

I have the BCM 9” on a BCM registered lower. I have an SF 762 SOCOM mini which isn’t the quietest but it works. No issues with subs or supers out of the metal GI mag. I have one Magpul .300 blk mag which works great. I just need to start reloading and it will be set.
