There's exactly one footprint for all the dots that will fit on the slimmer 43/48 slides, and it's the one Glock used. Same with the Sig and Springfield and Canik handguns that use a dot with an RMSc footprint. You're complaining about a problem that you don't know is already solved.

I didn’t know that. Do you know if the Holosun K optics also use that footprint?

IIRC, the RMS-C and Holosun K optics have the same footprint, but you have to make some minor mods for the K if it's specifically set up for the RMS-C.

I got a Glock 48 back in March or so. I loved that gun. But, I had a weird issue with mine... Somehow the combination of the thinner grip and Glock grip angle made my wrist hurt - the outside wrist area on my right hand. Every time i picked it up, it would happen. It doesn't do this with any other gun I have.

It would REALLY hurt after a shooting trip too...

In the end, I had to sell it and get a Glock 19. The doublestack grip is fine, and doesn't give me this issue.

It's too bad, because the G48 felt really good in the hand.

Seems weird that it’s being advertised as MOS if it’s cut for a specific optic. But I could definitely try one of these.

Be great if Trijicon, Aimpoint, or Leupold would release a smaller footprint MOS. I was an early adopter of the Leopold Delta Pro II and it's never missed a beat.
