Or maybe people should train more WX conditions and realize its not an issue.
For early AM or night shooting in the winter its pretty much always a fog or light drizzle where I live, guess what my RDS works just fine. Even if I cant see through the front lens you can just BAC shoot like an ACOG. Foggy or misted rear lens? jack up the brightness and shoot BAC.
If I took my RDS off every time I shot during some fog or a light drizzle the amount of rounds and time wasted rechecking zero would be stupid.
