    Hand Cycling is 95% jerking off for guys who want to play with their guns but lack the time, money, or knowledge to shoot them. So they get to sit on the couch with their rifle and play with it.

    Sure there are limited instances where testing function with snap caps can help, but those are very few and far between - and besides a couple of cycles, it's time to go shoot.

    Sold the Model 1 for about $200 with disclosure that it didnt work for me. Gave the PSA back to the guy who owns it. (i had originally bought it a year or two ago but hadn't got around to firing it. I had traded it to him and later he gave it to me to test. It wouldn't cycle at all.

    When I gave it back to him he sold it to a pawn shop same day.

    Hasn't been my experience except the two BCM's I should have kept and an Armalite Def10.

    I think you nailed it right there. Buy BCM, LMT, Colt and you would not have these PSA nightmares. Thats just my experience.
