Barrett/Lagoa sexually assaulted me in college. I don't remember which one it was though. It was which ever one ends up being nominated.

Hmmm... current is 3-1-2-2, Lagoa or ACB makes 3-1-2-3 and the other maintains. Breyer goes that replacement makes 2-1-2-4... the problem is still that ONE, since Roberts has a pattern of tactical-voting to ensure the opinion is written for an outcome HE wants regardless of what the Constitution says--and we know he's the kind who'd pull a "we find for the plaintiff and award damages of ONE CENT" issuing rulings that are nerfed into impotence. Say "you can't ban large cap mags but you CAN require each and every one be registered, you CAN put special taxes on them..." and so forth.

Right now the incentive will drive the left more and it could mean a greater turn out for Dems. With no seat to fill, that motivation may not be there. Then again, revenge is a very powerful motivation as well. So who the hell knows.

Also, with all the dirty tricks the Dems are going to play with voter fraud, this election will most likely go to SCOTUS like 2000. We need an odd number of justices to prevent a tie if that happens.

I feel exactly the same way. Why give the left more incentive to win the presidential election. Instead, put a dagger in it when you have the chance.

Good point - psychologically demoralized devilcrat electorate. Might make a difference, or they go ape shit crazy and start a major insurrection of property destruction and violence. They've already set up a GoFundme for body armor.
