Pelosi has bragged that She hasn't spoken to the POTUS in over a year, so doesn't anyone on her side understand that She cannot do her job effectively that way?
I honestly abhor her, but at this point her shelf life and effectiveness are gone, She's no more than a shrill voice.
Surely even the moderates can see the ship of State is less effective with her on board.

So, legally, they can add states. Legally, they can expand SCOTUS. Legally, as in their is a path for it to happen laid out.

But if you are doing it to stack the deck... Yes new states were a thing- but we don't add states when we have control of govt to ensure that we don't lose control. There could be good reasons to expand SCOTUS, but if the reason is that you lost elections and don't want to wait for seats to open...

It's a pretty big leap to go from rushing a nomination to get it through- not as if the dems won't try to slow it down- to what they want to do. Why not change the flag to just having asteriks. And you don't think that if the GOP were to get power again, they wouldn't stack the deck?

I find it hilarious that the dems are complaining about Gerrymandering- when it was their idea to get minority districts- bu that level of manipluation is bad- but adding whole states and new seats on SCOTUS- that is just peachy....

    Literally crazy...
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

Just saw this on another website and thought it was funny:

...President Trump should nominate Merrick Garland to SCOTUS. He's to the right of any one Biden would be allowed to nominate and arguably to the right of RGB. We'd also get the added fun of watching the Democrats heads spin/explode in their attempts to paint him as bad because the Orange Man nominated him. Please, please, please...

Problem is, too many mouthbreathing tards on our side wouldn't see the trolling strategy and would lose their shit, costing him the election.

I saw a multi-layered graph of judge's 'judicial philosophy' based on their legal opinions and how they decided cases. Garland lands just to the left of Roberts, but farther to the right of Ginsburg. Based purely on ideological spectrum, he is almost pure 'centrist.' I am not sure I want another Roberts. I want another Thomas or Scalia.

The left always sells it as a Roe vs Wade issue with Trump SC candidates, when they really only want a compliant court to remove freedoms inherent in our nation.

Last night Bitch McConnel was signaling that he had enough votes and this morning Mittens is saying he's on board. We'll see if Cocaine Mitch will crack the whip on Lisa, and who the hell knows what Susan's deal is but we may not need em anyway.

    NO.

Trump should nominate Biden. Maybe then the Left will have to pay attention to all the child sniffing and inappropriate grabbing.
