Sadly my wife has gone off the lib deep end, she was saying upon hearing about ACB that she is a type of catholic that the Handmaiden tale is based off of and how Roe V Wade along with women and minority rights are now in danger. She’s volunteered to do text banking for Biden whom she dislikes and also hates Harris but TDS is in full effect. I just shrug and keep my mouth shut.

Tell her she is correct- Handmaids were allowed to go to law school and then have long, distinguished careers that leads up to a nomination as a SC justice. Yep, all part of that story line.

It’s amazing that the press can put this BS info out about her being connected to the handmaids tail, let it fester a few days until the story gains traction and goes viral, then issue a 30 second correction (that no one paid attention to) that they were wrong.

The marxists will, no must, do everything and everything to stop the Senate from confirming her. This is one of the only issues that will truly motivate the reasonable democratic voters. If they don't stop the confirmation, their base will see it as a huge betrayal.

I'm not sure even that will carry the day with Epstein's Pedo Pal being able to make the opinion whatever he wants simply by joining the majority. "What Biden did was wrong, however there is no legal remedy available" or some such cuckery.

Bummer. Sorry to hear that. Must be frustrating to be a house divided. Take comfort in the fact that CA is a lost cause for electing a Republican potus. Get out the vote efforts for dems in CA don’t change anything.

Democrats are losing their minds over the possibility of hearings and a vote. McConnell says he's going to drive it forward, but the question remains on whether or not he has the votes to push it through a full Senate vote.

Trump says it's probably going to be a woman nominated and I see Amy Coney Barret being tossed around a lot. Like Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, she'd likely be on the bench for a long time if confirmed. If I were her, I'd hope I never made any offhand remarks in my high school yearbook...

I'm also seeing Barbara Lagoa from Florida being mentioned. It's an election year and she's a Cuban American which could have an impact on that voting block.
