It looks the same as mine (pictured above), but I don't know what to call the profile.

Curious as to what profile yours came with. Barrel looks tiny where it meets the flash hider.

I would be inspecting my stuff upon pickup / receipt from ANY gunsmith. If I was missing any parts that belonged to me I would be saying something about it right away. Especially Colt parts but really any parts missing would be noticed and asked about.
It looks normal to me, as far as I know 6933 has a “pencil” profile barrel that like the barrel on the 733, does not “step up” right behind the flash hider like you often see in other lengths of lightweight barrel.
Off the top of my head I want to say it’s like .600” in diameter. A longer pencil barrel would taper down to about .570” before stepping back up to form a shoulder behind the flash hider.

Colt barrel markings/barrel mfg date are pretty easy to spot though too.

Close up of my 733 barrel.

Looks the same. No discernible shoulder behind the flash hider.

Got it. Thought it may have been a pencil barrel but not sure.

    That’s a super cool marking.

I have two newer factory sbr colts 6933/commandos. Both just have the most recent standard M4 marking you’d see on a 6920.

Dumb question, how's it work when buying a SBR in a private sale?

How'd you gather that, from another thread?
