Colt A2 upper receiver with M4 cuts and a Colt 14.5 pinned/welded barrel. BCM A2X installed this month by Adco. I am not the original owner, but I was told this is a low round count LE Colt upper from CA. The barrel looks bright and shiny & the finish is typical colt marks/scuffs.
