Beautiful, but mine is just a selector lock. M14's look weird without one, especially with holes from the USGI stock.

Yep, if you have a USGI stock it is a must in my book. If nothing else it helps block debris from getting into the action area while using a USGI stock (assuming one is looking for an excuse other than aesthetics!).

ABNAK hooked me up with a buddy that not only did an outstanding job but the turnaround was pretty much instantaneous. My M14 now looks like an M14 should...
