There's literally a pile of these sort of c-bunds by a variety of manufacturers;
Exactly what do you want it to do?
Just M4 pockets?
M4 + Pistol pockets?
Open-top mag-slots or with retention?
First Spear buckles for the front??
Or just velcro?
Here are several options:
Standard Ferro mag bund

A similar option to the Ferro from Raptor Tac
https://www.raptortactical.com/ghost...h-pouches.html
A rifle/pistol stacked option from A&A
https://www.aandatactical.com/produc...other-carriers
Beez stackable M4 + retention option (but has a lead time)

CTS stackable M4 + retention + FS Tubes (but has been OOS forever, good luck)

Beez stackable M4 + Retention + Tubes (but lead time) (they also make a slightly cheaper ROC buckle option)

I'm sure there are others out there that I've forgotten about, but these are several commonly found options.
That being said, I'm not sure what exactly you want it to do, but personally I prefer the "hybrid" type c-bunds that have an elastic section at the rear, and then a laser-cut or low profile MOLLE section for the rest. Like the Velocity Systems/Mayflower SCARAB bund, Beez makes a couple good (and likely customizable) options, as well as a couple others.
I personally find no difference between these and elastic bunds for comfort or concealability, BUT I still keep the ability to add whatever pouches I need if I want to scale up. Win/win over a basic elastic bund, IMO.
YMMV.

An elastic cumberbund with open top pockets for my radio on my support side and a handheld scanner on the right side. And additional pockets for smokes and bangs.

Spiritus Systems website has elastic cumberbund Multicam in stock. I’m hope this is what you’re looking for.

Yes, but Rrotz has a mayflower PC, which uses velcro under the rear flap to attach the bund. The Spritus one may be able to be jerry rigged if desperate, but it's not designed for attaching via velcro.
As far as radios, maybe I've missed something in the last few years, but AFAIK, there aren't really any elastic 'bunds with dedicated radio pouches. Most folks just stick them in the forward M4 slot since the elastic should stretch enough to accommodate.

Thank you kind sir! I contacted beez and he is able to extend the velcro on each end to fit.. the Mayflower is 24in and just able to fit me....his 4 cell cumberbund is 20 inches and suggested 5 cells but I'd rather have the extra Velcro.
Yes, I'm just going to stuff the radio in a mag pouch and re-route the antenna via wire or use a body worn antenna. I have a 42in Arrabee which beats all the other antennas I have in terms of output.

Thanks for posting....I just got into a couple Baofeng UV-5RHPs and the stock antenna seems lacking. Just ordered the Arrabee 42in yesterday, glad to hear it performs.
To stay on topic, I will give a +1 to Spiritus, even though it might not work for your application here. Take a look at their other gear, it is solid.
If you want to use the Spiritus/JPC-style cummerbunds with a Mayflower carrier, this adapter might be just the ticket:

Arbor Arms is a great company, and their products are very high-quality - I have their SALT belt, and like it a lot.
