You can't look and listen to Biden & Harris and think they represent mainstream America. But the stupidity is so strong, it won't matter. And once we reach that bad place Americans regret, it will be too late to vote it out.

Maybe years of hard times and totalitarian rule might wake the masses up, or we just continue the slide into even greater misery?
You can vote in socialism and communism but you have to shoot your way out.

Everyone forgets that or just plain doesn’t know it.

Two is still a spedbump because the mouthbreathing sheeple almost never let one party hold power for more than two terms--the only exception in recent memory is GHWB, and that's because he ran on the (broken) promise to be Reagan's "third term."

These rat's-ass traitors and seditionists have had a century to embed themselves, they know very well how to submarine until a more friendly administration comes in and how to monkeywrench those elected/appointed above them.

Right now, my gut just says "fire everyone above O-5/GS-14," including all the SES's and most not-Trump-appointed Schedule C's. Maybe can the GS-14's too.

Along the lines of "is Trump trying to lose?", I read an article by a prominent Republican pollster who used to work on campaigns, said Trump's campaign leadership should be fired "for malpractice." He said that they are having him stump on issues that a lot of people do not care about or on which they have already decided. That kinda underscores my perception in his messaging and talking points. So I don't think he's trying to lose, but I think he's surrounded by some people who don't seem to have a clue.

Or worse, surrounded by people who WANT him to lose, as Bob Dole noted re the "Republicans" on the debate commission.

I seem to recall hearing that Trump likes being surrounded by, “yes-men.” It wouldn’t surprise me if his campaign is being run by such yes-men and they either can’t or won’t tell Trump how to better run his campaign.

NYT predicted that a Biden landslide is more likely than a Trump victory.
