Adding suppressors to trust after the fact

Hello all,

Back when it was advantageous to buy NFA items using a trust I had one created. I’m waiting on stamps for two suppressors that I did as paper individual form 4’s.

For the sake of argument, after I receive the tax stamps can I add the suppressors to my trust by listing them? Or is there more involved?

That would require a Form 4 for each one and the required $200 for each (as well as the wait).

If you want them in the trust, you may be able to cancel your individual form 4s and re-file as trust F4s.
