For all you "packing a 10mm" in the woods affectionados out there. Looks like a solid well built bullet with some horse power.

I wonder if you'll actually be able to score some of it?

Good!
It's nice to see the factories loading 10mm like 10mm (and not like barely .40).
Of course, I'm a fingers-in-the-wounds kind of guy, so I'd like to see some real-world chrono results.
Also, I'd be curious to see how the Fusion bullet compares to a 200gr .401 Gold Dot, when fired into the same media.
Finally, would it be too much to hope that Federal would sell the bullets as components? I would load these in 10mm Magnum for my S&W 610...
I love my 10mm. Hopefully, when the ammo crazy has settled I can get some to try out!!
Since we're in the "Reloading..." forum, I feel obligated to point out that 10mm is one of those calibers for which it reallllllly pays off to reload.
Both in terms of loading exactly what you want and undercutting the price of factory ammo, there are big gains to be made reloading 10mm...
If anybody had one reliable, be interesting to see what this does out of a 7" AMT Javelina.
