Liquid chalk is what you seek.

Rub some on your palms while setting up to shoot. It won't make a mess everywhere, and it cleans off easily with soap and water.

Texturing, and, as stated by others...

Even with out changing the texture of your gun's grip, chalk and its analogues help with the sweat, itself.

I keep one of those rosin puff balls like you use bowling in my range bag. They’re 10$ or so on amazon and last a long long time.

Talon Grips in sandpaper for the win. I have run this daily for years. I'm on the range daily with my job and I usually replace them every 3 months or so. I'll trim them as they get salty and tattered., but 3 months on average is what I get outta them from daily use. Cheap too, so screw it. I've tried stippling over the years, but stippling actually makes it more slippery if that makes sense. Sand paper is the way to go. Ill admit it does pose an issue if you IWB.
