Not trying to be a downer, but most folks quit running a light in that position due to the fact that the barrel shadow is right in your line of sight. Anything in the 3-9 oclock window seems to work best

This is with the TLR-1s and BLAM2 that is pictured 1 reply back.
With the target 10 feet away and at 5 ft off of the floor, the barrel's shadow is about at the 8 foot position off of the floor. With the target at 20 feet away, the shadow is at the 9 foot position. It's no where in the sight picture when looking through the stock rear ghost ring sight of a LE6920. The TLR1-s center hot spot is lined up with the iron sights. This is because the mount has a slight upward tilt. I don't see the shadow being an issue at all.
BTW, the TLR-1s momentary switch is in the perfect position for activation for right handed shooters with the off hand's index finger, even in a stress situation. Been there, done that.
