I think the SCOTUS is generally a liberal environment that becomes infectious with appointments for life. It's like living in some parts of CA, sometimes it becomes too much effort to change anyone's opinion so you end of giving tacit approval or approval by omission just because it just isn't worth the effort to try and change someone's mind or opinion. And we now have so many justices with standing agendas that they won't even consider a dissenting opinion, they have hard lines and marching orders.

It is one more check and balance that has been all but effectively nullified.

The SC has become an extension of the legislative branch- which is why the ComDems are fighting so hard and threatening to pack it.

I'm to the point of eff it all. Trump should take the rest of his judicial appointments list and nominate ALL of them for SCOTUS. Make SCOTUS 75 justices. That way the alt-left will have to make it 150. Then their lawfare campaign would require so much money, time and coordination it would lose its appeal.

I've got booze and ammo aplenty, I'm ready to watch the world burn.
