Multiple attempts to sign in, failed.

Multiple attempts to reset password met with “ An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.” And yes, I tried different devices/operating systems - same result.

Multiple e-mails requesting help received no reply.

Will attempt to call them on Monday, but ... did they go out of business?

Ordered something recently. Got a error type message on the final checkout and no email order conformation. Waited a while and emailed. Got a reply order had shipped. Order arrived.
