Guess you could say he was out of his element when starting as a son of a storm trooper clone - father leaving - hating jedis to becoming a bounty hunter - escaping slow death - prisoner to sand people where he finds his humanity - earning his freedom - losing the ones he loved - to taking over as a crime boss/protector of the city.

Yeah the biker gang kids are lame. Was curious how they did the young Luke Skywalker. Pretty sure it was a look a like with Mark Hamell doing the voice. Gives a little segway to Osaka's story and when she comes out in her own serirs, she will most likely meet up with baby yoda again and do some training with him since Luke gave him an ultimatum. They have to find a way to make all the stories intertwine.

Hamill didn't do the voice work. They used a voice synthesizer called Respeecher. It's basically an audio equivalent to the video software Deep Fakes. They feed into the program previous samples of the person's voice that they're wanting to emulate, and the program will generate a totally new dialog. The only issue is that the program doesn't always get the pacing of the dialog and the inflection correct which can cause the dialog to sound robotic at times.

Pretty crazy. I noticed they didn't show his face alot while talking. That cgi was pretty real looking if it was not a real person.

It was funny this morning my wife and I were watching the last episodes of boba fett and I was like wow the CGI did an amazing job mimicking hamills terrible acting. Then she looked it up and we were both surprised about the voice synthesizer and hamill having no part of any of it. Kind of scary what they can do anymore really.
