I had it, tested positive and all. Whole family got it.
My 5 year old only had a mild fever, like 99.6-100 at the most for two days. He was good.
My 70 year old mother inlaw got it, she got some infusion for her age, and she was good. Symptons for her were body aches and exhaustion, she still gets a little wore out, but she is good.
Wife had it, body aches for about a week.
Myself, I had body aches and a fever 102+ for 8 days. We would beat it back with tylenol and ice bathes, which really suck, but then it would come right back when the meds wore off. Then the cough turned into pnuemonia, went to ER to be sent home on oxygen for two weeks. Normally they would have kept me, but there were no beds. I had it the worst. I am part Native American, so I here it hits the minorities the worst.
I am 96% good now, still get exhausted a little early, but really I am good. fug it, I am not going to get the vaccine until next year, when everyone has to get the next strain vaccine. I figure I am good for now, until it all gets worked out

We believe my 5 year old brought it home from school and infected all of us on Dec 15th. They had closed completely three days before we started getting sick, due to covid.
Yep christmas we all were sick.

None of us have any real underlying issues, other than me, i have allergies and always get respiratory infections from mowing. So there ya, go for me. But honestly the COVID part was a bad flu, other than that I was fine, until it went to pneumonia.

I understand the reasoning to a point, but what a waste of vaccine without protecting the high risk people.

“ Mayor Lori Lightfoot on Thursday said Chicago restaurants and bars need to be allowed to reopen “as quickly as possible” not just to help those businesses survive, but to cut down on instances of private parties where people don’t take proper precautions against COVID-19.”

You can’t make this shit up folks!

College? You actually can’t give it to kids...
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

ONCE A coronavirus vaccine is widely available for children, immunization will be required for students in Los Angeles to attend classes, the district's superintendent said.
It also has to have more than conditional approval. So you ware talking realistically a few years. At that point, you have a different situation. Right now, with the way things are being reported in LA, they pretty much have to say this, but two years from now? Who knows where we'll be.

Plus, the risk-reward relationship is way different for kids for this versus something like measles. The court cases would be really interesting.

"Dr. Jose Romero, the chair of the CDC's Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices, said he hopes to see trials testing Covid-19 vaccines in young children beginning in the second quarter of 2021. If the vaccines prove to be safe and effective, children under the age of 18 could get their shots in the second half of next year, he said."

A ‘Hope’ and a ‘could’ for late next year... And government speak that means? Plus it’s LA, right pointed out they’re having very very bad outcomes according to the media. So realistically you’re talking about 2023, when will be a totally different place with this thing overall.

Ya’ll are posting headlines and text it makes it sound like they have to get it next week. Stop mischaracterizing what is happening.

You need to stop dating stuff 2020, we flipped over to a new calendar year 2 weeks ago. No biggy, just about everyone forgets that the first few weeks.
