Help - Staccato P Frame Swap Issues

I tried swapping frames on my Staccato P (2020) to a Gen 1 frame. In the process, I mangled the bushings inside the Gen 2 frame which would hardly budge. In putting it all back together to check function (still need new bushings), now the grip safety only engages fully some of the time and with a little “snag” every time. Also, the hammer will not lock back - it moves, but doesn't lock.

Any thoughts on what I did wrong?

    Thanks

Going to have to take it apart and check the orientation of the spring and sears.
