ATF and AR Pistols...time to sell?

I am late to the conversation and I don't know what I missed from Silencer Co about the hearing protection act but at least the ATF seems to backing down again over their latest work, at least for now. I am not sure how long they can be restrained before they start coming after the AR pistols along with the other things they've been looking to do.

How are they backing down? Did they rescind their guidance on pistol braces?

How have they demonstrated that? They decide to leave pistol braces alone for a while? I guess I haven't heard any changes in their plan to regulate pistol braces.

The ATF will not say anything until the public comment time is over, 9/1/21. Then they will do what they think they can get away with.

With being sick for 3 weeks, I haven't kept up with the bull$hit of the ATF on braced pistols.

Has the drop dead passed?
