I know nothing about demons piloting starships, but okay. I posted the Fermi Paradox because I figured it would add to discourse. I personally believe we are the first, at least for our galaxy. As for Clarke type technologies, I put that with science fiction since such things are even beyond technical speculation on our part at this time. (Clarke technologies are technologies that resemble magic.) That does not mean folks should never use their imaginations, or discuss it. How else will we ever continue to progress?

I'm not an expert on demonic topics, so you'd have to ask someone else, but I'd assume they can manifest any shape, etc they wish, not bound to any laws of physics. I do think it's an interesting idea to the mix someone else had added prior if you explore the thread.

Not accurate in my view. Even some of the most distinguished of physicists have decided what ever "they" are, they are real and there's way too much evidence to deny that for all but the most brain dead types (general comment, not directed at you) suffering cognitive dissonance and threatened by the concept who remain in denial:

Recent theory is that time does not exist at all, and is an emergent property of entropy, which seems to solve a lot of problems vexing physics at the quantum level currently.

Thinking from the framework of space-time and wondering how one subtracts time from that was apparently naive. All of space-time may not "exist" in the sense of being fundamental. I am incapable of comprehending that, but then that's the point you were making, wasn't it?

It's about as mind bending and counter intuitive as it gets, and at the very edges of theoretical physics in their attempt to make Einstein levels physics of the large, play nice with quantum physics, which has yet to happen. At the quantum level, there may be no space-time, and so far, there's never been a quanta of time found (see sources above) and time may not actually exist at all, but is emergent from entropy. Keep in mind Einstein space-time exists, or at least predicts things at the large scale very well, it falls apart at the quantum level, and that's covered in the sources I posted and that article you posted, which is a much better and more detailed discussion of the topic. Truly wild and amazing stuff!

THE LATEST theory du jour on aliens..as proposed by the man who knows everything..Neil deGrasse Tyson..is that aliens are, or could be, "sentient plants", and he wonders "what they might think if they saw the vegetation consumed by humans on Earth".
So..."sentient plants"..PLANTS..created spaceships, time travel, cuttin up cows, buzzin our military, ect,ect.
I dont know at what point people will say "ok, you know..enough of that crap already dude"..or even if there COULD be a point at which some people would admit thats too much. Can supposed "scientists" now just say ANYTHING and not be questioned..especially after the over two years of lies & mis-info we've been given on covid, lockdowns, masks, vaccines, ect ect?

I don't think physics is in crisis and I don't think the solutions will be found in metaphysics (which is in crisis to the point of being difficult to even qualify as anything meaningful at all) or philosophy. I think our knowledge gap is simply still incredibly incomplete and there are simply things that are right there that we can't detect and / or understand yet.
