    Still do it that way and that is what makes it non-stick. Some come preseasoned that I assume is done in a solar manner, but it isn't uncommon for people to sand that down to get a smoother surface finish and reseason.

    I still eat Cocoa Wheats, but it’s easier to order it on Amazon than to find it at the local grocery store.
