Catch and release. Decided to sell and get an LMT complete upper. I didn't like how it worked in my 11.5 colt commando with my overvorked suppressor on it anyway. If you are a full auto guy or even a binary trigger guy this will work well for you. Only trades id be interested in is a straight trade for an enhanced lmt bcg or the enhanced carrier plus $200 or a gemtech, bootleg, or lantac e-BCG plus $150 (I know I know... But these damned things are expensive). Price is $350 shipped.
Trades plus money can be negotiated.
Would also consider decent optics... Mostly need the money to get my other upper.
