He was a liar, a cheat, and a very poor example to his flock. And those were his good qualities.

I personally banned him from here at least a dozen times. You would be shocked to read the language he used in emails and PM's. He kept trying to sneak back in here just long enough to sell stuff on the EE. He would also publicly insult combat veterans from the safety of his couch in Missouri. I personally banned him twice for that.

He wasn't bad enough that I would have wished kidney stones on him, but he was an extraordinarily bad example to the ministry.

Sometimes "saved" people feel that they can do anything because they are "saved."

I came here with a "if you can't say anything nice..." position, but I think you covered the strong points so I'll leave it at that.

I have an idea... As with the death of some other public faces that may not be our cup of tea, we have an opportunity here to show some dignity and class as a community. I'm going to take the high road, and just reallocate the mod time I would have expended if not for this outcome.

I was accused of being ptmccain when I first joined. I tried explaining that I wasn't who they suspected. Since then I've seen his name mentioned weekly.
